His B.Tech in Civil Engineering is from National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur for the batch of 2016-20. He completed his Master of Technology in Transportation Engineering from Punjab Engineering College (Deemed to be University), Chandigarh in 2022.
Abhishek has worked on Safety of pedestrians and cyclists in Chandigarh as his study area for his master's thesis titled "Analysis of Road Safety for Pedestrians and Cyclists". The endeavor of the study was to build safety index for pedestrians and cyclists using statistical technique multiple linear regression by considering various factors. For the analysis SPSS was used and the findings were studied for three-legged intersections for which safety measures were suggested. Further, his research interest includes safe mobility for Non motorised Transport and Micromobility in Indian context.
